It is also one of the largest cities in the state of Florida, has a subtropical climate, numerous hotels, beautiful beaches, and abundant facilities for sports and recreation. The southern end of Miami Beach, known as the Art Deco District, consists of more than a dozen restored hotels that are considered to represent the best of Art Deco architecture on display anywhere in the United States. Among the many attractions of the city are the Miami Sea Aquarium, the Museum of Science, and the Historical Museum of Southern Florida. The Orange Bowl stadium is the site of a postseason college American football bowl game. Joe Robbie Stadium, is the home of the Miami Dolphins American football team and the Florida Marlins baseball team.

Seattle is the primary international and domestic gateway to Washington State and the lush Pacific Northwest, as well as Canada and Alaska. At various points throughout the city, visitors can board the famous monorail to the Seattle Centre, home of the Space Needle, the Pacific Science Centre, the Seattle Repertory Theatre, Pacific Northwest Ballet and the Opera House. Port Canaveral is a new cruise port facility serving the inland city of Orlando with its international airport and Theme Park attractions. Port Canaveral is the USA's second busiest cruise passenger port. The main attraction here is Cape Canaveral, home of the US Space Program. All of NASA's shuttle flights take off from the Kennedy Space Centre. The Kennedy Space Centre Visitor Complex runs continuous tours of the complex where visitors see the actual launch pads and astronaut training centres as well as museums and exhibits.
