Activities for children

Our experienced children’s host will organise activities such as face painting, scavenger hunts, magic shows and discos to keep the children entertained. Teenagers have the Action Zone – Arcade to hang out and play games, and during school holidays have organised activities based on their requirements each week.

• AGE GROUPS

3-6 YEARS

Activities: Picnics, face painting and mini-discos are just a few examples of the activities on offer. One of the highlights of the week is the stage production complete with professional sound and lights! Throughout the week the kids prepare for this spectacular show and the final performance is an unforgettable experience for children and adults alike. Daily activities and timetables are available onboard. The example kids’ timetables give an idea of the type of activities that are organised.

Breakfast club: On selected days during your cruise, your children can be collected from your cabin and taken to the Island Restaurant to enjoy a child-friendly breakfast with the Children’s hosts. This can be booked on board and won’t cost you a penny.

Action Zone - Arcade: For kids, young and old Action Zone – Arcade has a variety of games such as Ferrari racing and football challenges. Open 24 hours a day.

Special needs: If your child has special needs, please discuss this with the children’s host once on board. Depending on the individual circumstances it may be necessary for a parent or guardian to accompany the child to the club. Please note that if kids’ club attendance is low, age groups may be combined. In busy periods activities will be on a first come first served

7-11 YEARS

Add in pyjama parties and picnics, face painting and mini-discos for guaranteed fun. Daily activities and timetable are available onboard. Teenagers

12-17 year olds, that are too old for kids clubs, but don't want to be with mum and dad 24 hours a day are encouraged to meet friends at the Action Zone – Arcade and to contribute to their own timetable of activities during the school holidays.

Action Zone – Arcade: This is the place where teens can hang out and make friends. Action Zone – Arcade has a variety of games such as Ferrari racing and football challenges and is open 24 hours a day.

Teen Club – school holidays only: A host will arrange a time at the beginning of the cruise to discuss with the teenagers what they want to do during the week.The weeks activities will be based on what is requested at this meeting, examples of activities are DJ lessons, Salsa dancing, beauty tips and film nights. As well as these activities there will be a chill out zone with music and disco's.

• SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, extra beds and cots are all available.

• GREAT SHORE EXCURSIONS

You are free to go on any shore excursions, however certain excursions have been highlighted as family-friendly. Child prices are available for children under the age of 16.
